The Space Club has been a nerve centre of the Florence nightlife since 1969, a true point of reference for thousands of young Florentines and others wanting to have a weekend of pure fun in one of the most historic clubs in the city.
Positioned in the heart of Florence, just a few steps from the Duomo, the Space Club has the largest dance floor in the city centre, with an audio and lighting system recently updated to give its audience cutting-edge entertainment, with attention to the smallest detail. A club which has always been focused on the newest trends, and open to musical and visual experimentation, the Space Club is cited for its innovative proposals in newspapers, films, and works still displayed in museums
The structure is spread out over two levels. On the lower level you’ll find a dance floor equipped with screens for karaoke and the DJ consoles, an ample and bright bar where you can try some excellent drinks, an attractive table area, and a cloak room. The upper level is the venue’s heartbeat, with a large dance floor that extends over the entire surface area and is surrounded by several areas segmented based on the service offered. An impressive private area shrouded in large glass walls overlooks the dance floor, equipped with an exclusive table area and smoking area, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the evening from a privileged point of view thanks to its strategic positioning. The platform located right behind the console is very popular for those wanting to enjoy the evening at their own table, without missing out on the adrenaline and energy felt in the venue.
The DJ console situated halfway between the dance floor and the table area is carefully positioned so that you can experience the DJ’s performance as much as possible. At the edges of the dance floor are dedicated smoking boxes and a bar area. An elevated table area reached by stairs surrounds the dance floor and gives attendees the option to reserve entire areas for important occasions.
In terms of technical specifications, in addition to audio and light equipment, the upper area has smoke machines, lasers, blinders, seven LCD screens, and three mega-screens on which you can project videos, images, and written material, and which also have software integration for live social network interaction.
Every week, depending on the schedule, our stages host the best DJs on the Florentine scene, in addition to national and international artists, with standout past performances from the likes of Chinghy, MIS, DJ UNK, Chris Willis, and Pitbull.
